Staying in Japan for a long period of time is like wasting your time if you never go travelling within Japan. For me, I can't stay at a place for a long time. I need a new experience and 'natsukashi' moment when staying in Japan. I realize that it needs a lot of MONEY. Not a lot, I mean if you travel more, you need to spend more. You can manage your money wisely if study first the place you wanna go. I recommend you to take bus if the place is too far and long period of travel from your settlement. The rest, you can only use 'densha' or JR Train. Expense? Don't expense too much cause you can shopping online using COD method. It's easier than real shopping. Maybe you can save much more money. You don't have to pay first. When the delivery service come to your apartment/house, then that time you have to pay. No need to pay first. When travelling, I never plan to go the place that I wanna travel. I just know a little bit about it from internet. But don't worry cause you can take as many the tourists info as you can to guide you during the travelling time. I have to say 'arigatou' and 'sayonara' when I leave Japan soon.
